Submitting a contact form, inquiry, or request for a quote does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All events are subject to availability, final confirmation, and a signed service agreement.
Event pricing, menus, and service offerings may change at any time. Final pricing, guest counts, menu selections, service duration, and event logistics will be confirmed in a written agreement or invoice prior to the event.
A signed agreement and required deposit are necessary to secure an event date. Event dates are not reserved until the deposit is received and confirmed by Brick & Ember Florida.
Client agrees to provide accurate event information, including location, guest count, and timing. Changes to event details may affect pricing, staffing, service scope, and availability.
Client is responsible for ensuring that the event location permits food truck or mobile catering operations and that all required access, parking, and site conditions are provided, including safe and legal placement for mobile cooking equipment.
Brick & Ember Florida reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions at the event location are unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from what was represented prior to the event.
Brick & Ember Florida is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, government restrictions, equipment failure beyond reasonable control, venue restrictions, or utility outages.
