We are both a food truck attending some large events like Sun n' Fun in Lakeland and a catering service. Brick & Ember Florida operates as a mobile, on-site catering service using professional wood-fired pizza ovens and mobile cooking equipment.

We serve events across Central and North Florida, including Ocala, Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding areas.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Availability is limited and dates fill quickly.
Do you provide on-site staff for events?
Yes. Our professional team handles setup, cooking, service, and breakdown during your event.
Do you offer corporate catering and company events?
Yes. We regularly cater corporate events, employee appreciation events, grand openings, and private company functions.
Can you cater private parties and backyard events?
Yes. We cater birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and private backyard events.

How much does catering cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, menu selections, service time, and event location. We provide custom quotes for each event. Pricing starts at $19.50 a person.
Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
Yes. A signed agreement and a $500 deposit are required to secure your event date.
Do you need power, water, or utilities at the event site?
Our mobile setup is largely self-contained. Specific requirements will be discussed during planning depending on your venue and service setup.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and serving supplies?
Yes. We provide professional disposable serviceware unless otherwise arranged.
